Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel for the Americas. You will lead strategic legal support for Phase 3 to commercial activities, spanning FDA labeling, promotional review, and payer contracting across the Americas.

The role emphasizes proactive business partnership and risk management. The position requires a JD and 8–12+ years in pharma/biotech law, with in‑house experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar admission in at least one US state is required.
• 8–12+ years of legal practice with pharma regulatory/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal partner for Americas commercial and medical affairs leadership across Phase 3 to commercial lifecycle.
• Advise on FDA labeling strategy, post‑market commitments, and promotional review processes.
• Counsel on Anti‑Kickback, False Claims Act risk, and healthcare compliance.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with hospitals, payers, and distributors.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets with measurable outcomes.
