Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Stage Biopharma Company

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead legal efforts in commercialization for a growing biopharma company. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will influence the company's growth and legal strategies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serving as lead counsel for legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to product pricing, access, and government programs, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
2. Leading review of marketing and promotional materials to ensure compliance with advertising laws.
3. Providing counsel on FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and other relevant statutes.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree with 7+ years of experience in the Life Sciences sector.
2. Membership in good standing with any state bar.
3. Significant experience with FDA regulations and product law.
4. Strong skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
5. Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
