Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an entry-to-mid-level Counsel to support Telix Manufacturing Solutions. You will draft, review, and negotiate manufacturing and quality agreements, manage regulatory questions, and help optimize contract templates and workflows.

Formación

• JD or equivalent and admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or transactional law, preferably in life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate manufacturing services agreements, master service agreements, quality agreements, and supply contracts.
• Issue-spot cGMP compliance matters and manufacturing regulatory questions as they arise.
• Handle contract disputes and quality-related matters at the first-line level with escalation as needed.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams on contracting matters.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and related quality frameworks.
