Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and staff through clinical skills.
