Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the Greater Ft. Wayne area on a PRN basis. This role includes joining a mentorship program to develop advanced skills and enhance resident care under experienced therapy leaders.

You will work in a supportive environment within ASC Therapies and Wellness, mentored through a structured 9-month program to grow clinical and leadership capabilities while delivering compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
