Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Lead Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Old Bridge, NJ. This full-time role supports supervision of therapy services in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.
