Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of an OT to implement personalized plans and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
