Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Lead Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, on-site role in Williamstown, NJ. You will lead clinical sessions, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a COTA license, NBCOT certification if required, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification if required by the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Act as a leader/mentor in the discipline and cover rehab supervisor duties when absent.
