You will lead OT services under supervision, mentor team members, and support clinical education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA (state requirements may apply).
• Current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead/mentor in your discipline and support rehab supervisor in their absence.
