As a Lead Cost Estimator, you'll oversee budget preparations, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships, present budget proposals effectively.
2. Leadership: Lead project teams, coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Technical Skills: Perform quantity takeoffs, develop accurate unit costs across all project phases.
4. Innovative Solutions: Develop value management options, review plans, and solve construction challenges.
5. Post-Contract Management: Manage cost reconciliations, variations, valuations, subcontract oversight, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in preconstruction or operations.
• Knowledge of civil/site construction, structural, interior, exterior, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., MC2), MS Office, bid management tools.
