Qualifications

• Be eligible for selection in accordance with Merit System Employment Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Exercise care, custody, and control over inmates.
• Direct the work of subordinate officers.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, e.g. running and physical control of inmates.
• Maintain weapons qualifications in accordance with DOC policy.
• Work all shifts and post, with overtime as required.
