Job summary

TEKsystems in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a contract LMS Administrator to lead Cornerstone LMS administration for North America. You will update SOPs, provide Tier2 support, and facilitate trainer sessions for LMS Admins.

You will train admins on Articulate content creation and push mandatory trainings across blue-collar groups. Ideal candidates have strong LMS knowledge, Articulate 360 experience, and excellent communication with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
• Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivated
• Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships
• Ability to exhibit resourcefulness, forward thinking strategy and time management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Degree from accredited college or university (Bachelor's preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Becoming a lead LMS Administrator in Cornerstone LMS (level 2)
• Review and update SOPs for LMS Admins
• Provide technical support and answer questions for the North America Manufacturing Plant LMS Admins and Health & Safety LMS Admins
• Facilitate train the trainer sessions for LMS Admins
• Train LMS Admins on Articulate for course content updates and/or creation of new courses
• Help push and track mandatory training for Blue Collar employees
• Review the “Access Rate” in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employees
• Create a reporting process to train LMS Admins on completions and “access rate” in the LMS and global reporting tool
• Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities (update SOPs and create training videos to help LMS Admins)
