Qualifications

• 10+ years designing digital products and owning cross-functional problems with minimal direction.
• Experience shipping prototypes or production code using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code, with validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renter experience across web, mobile web, and native apps, ensuring coherence, quality, and strategic direction.
• Balance maintenance and invention to improve existing surfaces while planning new features.
• Set craft standards across visuals, interaction, and systems that others will emulate.
• Mentor designers through critique and pairing, raising the overall capability of the team.
