Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the Core Experience team, owning the foundations every product sits on—from sign-up and onboarding to the design system and the Seller Experience. You’ll craft a cohesive, scalable experience as users move across products, including AI-powered flows.

You’ll balance hands-on UI work with systems thinking, mentor peers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to raise the bar for a large, global B2B SaaS platform used by thousands of sellers.

Qualifications

• Impressive portfolio with end-to-end product design in complex domains.
• Experience owning and evolving design systems across teams.
• Ability to ship UI with strong visual clarity and interaction design.
• Curiosity about applying AI to design and product experiences.
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and maintain consistency.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of foundational seller experiences across sign-up, onboarding, and connectors.
• Create guidelines and reusable patterns to keep experiences consistent across the platform.
• Contribute to integration and AI experiences and define where AI adds value.
• Lead design thinking for information architecture, interactions, accessibility, and scalable components.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape problems and ship high-quality outcomes.
• Use research and user feedback to validate decisions and improve experiences.
• Mentor other designers and uphold high design craft.
• Own the customer experience across a large B2B platform used by thousands of SaaS companies.
