Job summary

DaMar Staffing seeks an experienced Core Lab Supervisor Medical Technologist (ASCP) to lead the Core Laboratory, overseeing chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and coagulation to deliver accurate diagnostic results. The role includes supervising lab staff, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring CAP/CLIA/OSHA compliance while maintaining quality control and instrument maintenance.

Mid-shift 2:30 pm–10:30 pm in Georgia, United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP certification as Medical Technologist (MT/MLS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Core Lab operations (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Ensure CAP/CLIA/OSHA compliance and maintain quality control.
