Job summary

Omnicom Health Market Access is seeking a Copy Supervisor with strong healthcare writing experience to translate complex clinical and market access information into clear, compelling communications. This hands-on role carries ownership from concept to MLR submission and includes mentoring junior writers.

You will develop payer-focused materials, value propositions, and campaigns while partnering with Art, Strategy, Account, Editorial, and other teams to shape messaging across assigned brands.

Qualifications

• Significant professional copywriting experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience developing communications for payer, market access, HEOR, or related audiences.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and data-driven information into clear messaging.
• Experience presenting work to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and MLR processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, strategically sound copy across payer and market access communications.
• Translate complex clinical and HEOR data into audience-appropriate messaging.
• Create value propositions, payer presentations, and digital content.
• Generate messaging frameworks, headlines, and supporting copy.
• Collaborate with Art, Strategy, Account, Editorial, and other teams.
• Own manuscripts through the review process and prepare for MLR submission.
• Mentor junior writers and ensure factual accuracy.
