• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and proper portions.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates food items per policy; maintains rotations to minimize spoilage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
