Job summary

Elkhorn Healthcare and Rehab in Clancy, MT is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen leadership team. You will work closely with the dietary director and staff to prepare meals in accordance with approved menus and safety standards.

This full-time in-person role requires good time management, the ability to store meat properly, and maintaining daily temp logs and cleaning schedules. Prior SNF cooking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Food Handlers Permit.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience as a Cook or similar role.
• Working in a Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for the posted dining schedule and approved menus.
• Cook in a timely manner with good time management.
• Pull and properly store meat.
• Ensure temp logs and cleaning schedules are completed.
