Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents and guests in our Columbus, OH location. You will follow menus, recipes, and event plans while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years of line cook experience, plus strong communication skills. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of line cook experience or training.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food, follow portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and prepared and manage stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas and equipment.
