Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises tasks.

• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and production guidelines.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Cooks using varied methods for meats, vegetables and other foods.
• Arranges and portions food following guidelines.
• Stores and protects food per safety policies.
• Maintains customer service and supports guests and co-workers.
