Qualifications

• Supervisor experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience as a cook or related role required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises daily staff activities.
• Trains staff on duties, safety, and sanitation.
• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation and handles ingredients and equipment.
• Operates ovens, stoves, and other kitchen equipment.
• Cares for food safety and sanitation and maintains records.
