Tigg's Canteen Services is seeking a permanent, full-time Lead Cook for Porter County Jail in Valparaiso, IN.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts between 5:00 am and 1:00 pm.
• Clearance approval into the facility.

Previous food service or kitchen experience is a plus, but we can train the right candidate!
