Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager Certification to be obtained within 180 days (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead Cook responsible for sanitation and controlling food costs.
• Assign shift production tasks for preparation of foods for patients, cafeteria, and special functions.
• Maintain daily communication with Food Service Director or Production Chef regarding staff and projects.
