Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Maintain daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
