Aramark Lead Cook position in the United States involves cooking and preparing food to standard recipes, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and sanitation. You will manage workstation setup, equipment operation, and food handling while delivering strong guest service.

The role emphasizes adherence to food safety regulations, training of team members, and flexibility to adapt to client requirements across locations.

Competenze

• Previous supervisor experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience as a cook or related role required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Food safety certification required.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises tasks.
• Trains staff on duties, safety, cooking methods, and sanitation.
• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, chopping, weighing, and peeling.
• Operates ovens, grills, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Cooks using various methods: bake, roast, broil, steam.
• Portions and garnishes food according to guidelines.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Delivers friendly service and protects company assets.
• Produces and maintains work schedules and production records.
