Qualifications

• Experience in lead kitchen or hospitality/food service.

• Strong safety and sanitation awareness.
• Willing to lift 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, support the team, and streamline dining services.
• Cook, grill and serve menu items at assigned station.
• Operate stove top, flat top, open flame grills and related equipment.
• Transport pans, kettles and trays safely and efficiently.
• Store foods with proper dating, wrapping and rotation.
