Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II Lead at USAF FTI 2A - WW GOODFELLOW AFB. This role combines leadership in the kitchen with a strong focus on customer service to deliver nutritious meals for on-site teams.

You will provide on-site oversight of kitchen activities, prepare large quantities of menu items, and ensure safety and efficiency while supporting management and staff during busy shifts. The position requires teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable with a focus on safety.
• Ability to work varied shifts and follow directions from management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations.
• Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Prepares menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
