Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-time or equivalent experience in cooking in large-scale settings.
• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts, food services, or related field; substitutions allowed for experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook foods per recipes and SOPs; ensure quality, quantity, appearance, temperature, and taste.
• Lead a small kitchen team as station champion and train staff as needed.
• Work with Cook III and supervisors to address menu and food problems; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assign staff, monitor workflow and customer service; adapt to demand and ensure timely service.
