Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience preparing a wide variety of food items in high-volume operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service in the Boyd Gaming Way with a friendly, courteous approach.
• Learn and answer questions about the property and outlets.
• Read orders and prepare food items according to menu plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas.
• Attend training programs and fulfill opening/closing duties.
• Interact with guests at the buffet line and coordinate with dining room staff.
• Ensure timely preparation and proper food handling.
