Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a dedicated cook to support quick-service kitchen operations. You will prepare orders according to standard recipes, monitor production quality, and ensure timely fulfillment.

You will handle station inventory, assist with stock requests, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following sanitation procedures. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with licenses/certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by monitoring rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
• Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
