The role emphasizes hands-on cooking with leadership duties, requiring 1+ years of leadership in a high-volume setting and strong food-safety knowledge. English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of kitchen leadership in high-volume or fast-casual environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations during assigned shifts while ensuring quality, safety, and speed.
• Prepare, cook, and plate items per Luna Grill recipes and portions.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation at all times.
• Set up and maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift.
• Support prep, stocking, and closing duties within the kitchen.
• Direct and assist team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with leadership to keep service running efficiently.
