Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Lead Cook to join our culinary team and lead meal preparation in a senior living environment. You’ll create meals from established recipes and help shape the daily kitchen flow in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service setting (restaurant, healthcare, club, or similar).
• ServeSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
• Experience with all cooking stations and methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and follow established recipes.
• Support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation during each service.
• Assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff.
