Job summary

• Ability to follow diet manuals and production sheets.
• Strong leadership and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operation of the food service and production areas.
• Plan weekly or monthly deadlines and work sequences.
• Coordinate with related work functions supervised by others.
• Operate within a planned financial budget.
• Supervise labor, subsistence, and supplies for veteran-centered meals.
• Prepare and cook regular and therapeutic diet items per menus.
