Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Food Handling Certification and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise culinary team during food preparation and service.
• Provide training, mentorship and real-time feedback to team members.
• Monitor team schedules, address call-offs and adjust assignments.
• Oversee preparation, cooking and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and inventory of food and supplies.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation in line with health regulations.
• Conduct pre-event kitchen inspections for cleanliness and readiness.
• Act as liaison between culinary and other departments during events.
