Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery while ensuring correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safety policies.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers and customers.
