Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Cook to support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen and its staff. You will assist all stations, train personnel, ensure stock levels, and maintain equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive cooking experience.
• Minimum three years in a dinner house.
• Culinary Arts degree or recognized apprenticeship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist all kitchen stations as needed.
• Train personnel to Belterra Casino Resort standards.
• Ensure items are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the working area.
• Attend BEO meetings and assist in inventory ordering.
