The Cook Lead will oversee the preparation of food for patients, staff, and visitors in a healthcare setting, ensuring adherence to safe cooking techniques. Responsibilities include supervising staff to ensure compliance with processes and procedures, preparing food for various therapeutic diets, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in food services required, or one (1) year of hospital experience preferred.
Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent education and experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
