Responsible for maintaining and setting up the food production station and ensuring quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared on the hot line. Possesses knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions, including grill, sauté, and pantry stations. Ensures the quality of food prepared on the line, creates appealing plate designs, and maintains high standards of food presentation.
