Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services seeks a Full-Time Lead Cook to oversee daily meal preparation for the DeKalb County Jail in Auburn, Indiana. You will guide the kitchen team, ensure consistent quality, and follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.

We offer competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), PTO, and a stable schedule with shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekends and holidays rotate.
