• Provides leadership and direction to the work group.
• Coordinates with other areas to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Gives input to hiring or disciplinary actions.
• Ensures administration of policies on wages, safety, coaching, and recognition.
• Leads work group meetings to encourage communication and continuous improvement.
