Industrial Electrical Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Controls Electrical Technician or Journeyman to join our Charlotte area team.

The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, reading schematics, and working with high‑voltage equipment in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of lead/journeyman experience, PLC programming skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Lead Controls Electrical Technician or Journeyman.
• Strong knowledge of high‑voltage systems and electrical maintenance practices.
