Job summary

HireNow Staffing Inc seeks a seasoned Controls Engineering Supervisor in Lancaster, OH. You will lead a team of controls engineers, manage projects from planning through commissioning, and drive automation performance and continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires 5+ years in controls engineering, 2+ years in leadership, and strong PLC/SCADA expertise. Onsite work only, US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years controls engineering experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in engineering leadership or supervision.
• Strong PLC programming with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Experience with SCADA, HMI, automation, and integration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Onsite work in Lancaster, Ohio; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers.
• Manage controls projects from planning through implementation.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Direct design, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and other automation tech.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues; drive CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety.
