Leads system-wide engineering activities in specialized areas and acts as a recognized authority.
Serves as chief technical mentor for developing engineers within the technical area.
Main plant contact for highly specialized technical support and guidance within the area.
Develops policies, procedures, and standards for the technical area and drives continuous improvement.
