Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Working knowledge of contract law, insurance requirements, and licensing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using contract lifecycle management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review vendor contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, and leases.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, review, approval, execution, amendments, closeout.
• Coordinate with Legal to address risk and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for contract inquiries and guidance.
• Maintain contract tracking systems and document repositories.
• Ensure execution strategies align with project and company goals.
