Job summary

WW Clyde in Orem, UT, seeks a Contracts Manager – Heavy Civil Construction for a full-time, in-office role. You will lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation, coordinating with Legal and project teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle from intake to closeout and maintain robust contract tracking. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Working knowledge of contract law, insurance requirements, and licensing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using contract lifecycle management software.

Job Overview:

The Contracts Manager oversees the preparation, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of vendor contracts. The role ensures contract compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project goals. Works cross-functionally with project teams, vendors, and legal to ensure contract integrity and execution success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts (vendor, subcontracts, service agreements, land leases, etc.).
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, review, approval, execution, amendments, and closeout.
• Coordinate with Legal to address risk and ensure compliance.
