Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. seeks a Contract Project Manager to act as the single point of accountability for the HSIN program delivery. The PM will oversee the contract team, manage scope, schedule, cost, and QA, and serve as the primary interface with the Government.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in PM and stakeholder management, PMP certification or ability to obtain within six months, and experience with government PMRs, DHS standards, and Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading project teams and stakeholder engagement.
• PMP or ability to obtain within six months of entry on duty.
• Experience with government interface and PMR delivery.
• Familiarity with DHS standards and Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire contract, ensuring quality across all deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with the Government; attend weekly performance meetings.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly PMR presentations; ensure on-time deliverables.
• Define roles, responsibilities, schedules, and risk-mitigation strategies; manage schedules with government-defined tools.
• Manage the HSIN centralized documentation repository; utilize Jira and Confluence for task management and standups.
• Ensure adherence to DHS standards, methodologies, configuration, and compliance.
