Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Continuous Improvement Engineer for its Aurora, IL sites. In this role, you will drive yield gains and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

You will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 with exciting benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8‑10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma programs.
• Experience in driving a lean before digitize mindset across the supply chain with a global team.
• Formal Six Sigma training and associated Lean, Black Belt and SPC credentials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects to identify high value losses.
• Develop and implement CI strategies to streamline processes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies.
