Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead CI Engineer for the Aurora campus to drive yield gains across two sites, leading Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives. You will map and optimize processes, implement improvements, and sustain the momentum across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will collaborate with IT and operations, train teams on Lean and digital tools, and measure impact with KPIs. A culture of continuous improvement and the Entegris Way will guide your efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience driving a lean-before-digitize mindset across the supply chain with a global team.
• Formal Six Sigma training and Lean, Black Belt and SPC credentials preferred.
• Willing to travel but less than 10%.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or business - information technology.

Lead, Continuous Improvement

Our campus in Aurora, IL (Two sites, Aurora Pads & Aurora Slurries) is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead Engineer. The CI Lead Engineer will play a critical role in driving yield gains across the two sites and associated supply chain. Leveraging deep expertise in process mapping, Six Sigma, Lean and high-impact transformations, this individual will ensure that yield solutions are prepared for success, implemented and sustained. As a key contributor to the Continuous Improvement team, this Engineer will help assess processes and KPI’s across the Aurora Campus sites and ensure improvement road maps are defined, executed, and sustained. This role will also coordinate with the larger CI community to share best practices and learnings to drive the Entegris Way mindset.

What You'll Do

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects by identifying high value losses (i.e. in yield, output, delivery, labor, scrap etc.), prioritizing, involving necessary resources, following structured approaches, delivering and sustaining expected results within the committed timelines.
• Lead Continuous Improvement strategic initiative deployments:Develop and implement CI strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste to drive Yield and process optimizations. Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive process improvements.
• Assess and Optimize Processes:Conduct thorough assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Implement Lean principles to optimize these processes prior to digital transformation.
• Collaborate Across Functions:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure that Lean improvements are integrated seamlessly with digital technologies.
• Drive Cultural Change:Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Provide training and support to employees to adopt Lean methodologies and new digital tools and processes.
• Monitor and Measure Impact:Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for further enhancement.
• Facilitate Workshops and Training:Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on Lean methodologies and digital tools.
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement Programs: Participate in and/or lead programs around Skill gap resolution, Production Elements, Productivity AOP, 5S, Tier daily management (TDM), etc.

What We Seek

• Experience in driving a lean before digitize mindset across the supply chain with a global team
• Formal Six Sigma training and associated Lean, Blackbelt and SPC credentials is preferred

• Undergraduate degree in applicable field, engineering, computer science, business - information technology

• Compensation: $115,000-$130,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
