Job summary

Critical Materials Group in Texas is seeking an HMX Production Engineer to serve as the technical execution lead for the CF HMX program. The role oversees facility construction, equipment installation, process integration, and automation development, working under the Deputy Head of Programs.

You will coordinate with vendors and contractors, support commissioning, startup, and operational readiness, and develop technical documentation such as PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs while ensuring safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years of engineering experience in industrial process facilities or production systems.
Experience with multidisciplinary technical teams and equipment installation, startup, or manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with process safety, hazard analyses, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as the engineering lead for the Continuous Flow HMX program and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Support construction, equipment integration, and commissioning activities on schedule and within budget.
Develop and maintain design documentation, PFDs, and P&IDs.
Support operational readiness, training materials, and handover to Production.
