Job summary

PHNX Materials is seeking a Technical Program Manager to turn the technical roadmap into a concrete master schedule and drive execution across process engineering, R&D, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

You will own the program plan for both the Ohio demo site and the commercial facility, coordinating daily between engineering teams, field operators, and EPC/construction partners. This role requires staying on-site and proactively managing risk and milestones.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience running technical programs in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read P&ID or process diagrams and map to schedules.
• Proven track record delivering against physical constraints (lead times, sequencing).
• Willingness to spend significant time on-site and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own master schedule across process engineering, R&D, procurement, construction, and commissioning for both Ohio demo site and the commercial facility.
• Coordinate cross-functional cadence among engineering, field ops, EPC/construction partners, and procurement.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, logistics, and commissioning planning; drive readiness reviews.
• Maintain technical and schedule risk registers and resolve issues before they cascade.
• Prepare and present program status to CEO, CTO, investors, and program managers.
